Our in-home standard carpet cleaning procedures:

• Pre-clean and inspect all carpet with customer
• pre-dry Vacuum all carpet (and upholstery when performing upholstery cleaning services)
• pre-spray and spot treat all necessary areas (pet spot removal is not guaranteed and will add an extra fee)
• Then hot water extraction at 200 degrees takes place to sanitize and clean the carpet (we do not clean all carpet and upholstery at this temperature)
• we will help with the light furniture moving
• After cleaning the carpet we will rake and deodorize the carpet if necessary
• After cleaning Inspection with our customer to ensure satisfaction and share if any spots or problem areas if any
